In 1991, Eddie Bashawaty founded IPS Parking with a simple but powerful belief: parking isn’t just logistics — it’s the first and last impression of your guest experience. He built the company on a foundation of professionalism, reliability, and genuine hospitality.
Over the decades, we’ve earned the trust of some of Orange County’s most recognized names. Past clients include Ruth’s Chris Steak House (Irvine & Anaheim), Lakeshore Towers Plaza (Irvine), and The Canary (Newport Beach). Today, we continue to run the full valet operation at Fashion Island in Newport Beach — one of Southern California’s premier open-air shopping destinations.
