Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026
This website does not set cookies. It has no advertising cookies, no tracking cookies, and no third-party marketing tags. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
We do measure how the site is used, but with a method that stores nothing on your device. This page explains exactly what that means.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device so it can recognise the same browser on a later visit. Because that file persists, cookies are the usual way sites build up a history of an individual visitor over time. We do not use them.
Cookieless Analytics
We use two measurement tools from Vercel, the platform that hosts this site: Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. Neither sets a cookie, writes to local storage, or uses device fingerprinting.
Between them they record:
- Page views: which page was viewed, the referring site or search engine, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed
- General technical details:browser, operating system, device type, and approximate location — country, and in some cases region and city. All of it is worked out from your network connection, not from your device’s location services, so it is the area you are connecting from rather than where you are standing.
- Page speed: how quickly pages load and respond for real visitors, which is what Speed Insights measures
- Quote form outcomes:whether a submission succeeded or failed, which service was selected, and — when one fails — a short reason code such as “validation” or “server”
To count a repeat page view without identifying you, Vercel derives a temporary hash from your request, including your IP address, using a salt that is rotated daily. The IP address is used only in that calculation and is not stored, and the hash cannot be reversed or matched to you across days or across other websites.
What We Do Not Collect
- No advertising or marketing cookies, and no ad network tags
- No Google Analytics, and no social media tracking pixels
- No cross-site tracking, and no profile of you built up over time
- Nothing you type into the quote form. The analytics record that a submission happened — never your name, email address, phone number, event details, or notes. Those reach us by email only, and are covered by our Privacy Policy.
Opting Out
Because nothing is stored on your device, there is nothing to clear from your browser settings.
We are not going to promise you that blocking this works. Content blockers and browser tracking protection stop these scripts sometimes and not others: both tools are served from this site’s own domain rather than a recognisable third-party tracker domain, and they vary the paths they use, which is designed to keep them working where a blocklist would otherwise catch them. Some blockers do stop them. We cannot tell you yours will.
What we can tell you is what is above, and it is the part that matters: the measurement is cookieless, it does not identify you, it does not follow you to other websites, and it never includes anything you type into the quote form. The site works normally whether the scripts load or not.
