Common Wedding Parking Questions
How far in advance should I book wedding valet?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings, especially for popular spring and fall dates. Our wedding season books quickly, so contact us as soon as you have your venue confirmed.
Can you handle vintage or specialty vehicles?
Yes. Many of our couples arrive in vintage Rolls-Royces, classic cars, or horse-drawn carriages. We coordinate directly with your transportation vendor and brief our team on any special vehicle handling requirements.
Do you coordinate with our venue?
Absolutely. We conduct a site walk with your venue coordinator and wedding planner before the event to map out drop-off zones, parking areas, and traffic flow. We're often on the day-of vendor communication chain.
What if our guest count changes?
No problem. We ask for a final headcount 2 weeks before your event and adjust staffing accordingly. Minor changes can be accommodated up to the week of the wedding.
